I have worked with you during the past 1.5 years during the construction of my house in Fort Galle. May I take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent final result. I found you and your team easy to work with and the quality of the workmanship and engineering design beyond my expectations. I was especially pleased to receive monthly accounts from your staff which reflected the smallest detail and any variations from the estimates that you had provided.
I hope we will have a chance to work together again in the future.

Priyantha Geeganage has worked as our contractor building a 28 room Boutique eco-resort near Dambulla. He is a highly professional operator who is familiar with all aspects of building work, including structural matters, foundations, walls and roofs, plumbing, electrics, landscape and finishing. I have found him to be highly trustworthy and honest, to provide very fair quotations, to insist on the use of quality materials and to show intelligence and flexibility as the project develops. I have no hestitation in recommending him to anyone embarking on a construction project in Sri Lanka.

We contracted Priyantha Geeganage to undertake the renovation of our Dutch-period bungalow in 2006. The work was extremely complicated and on a very large scale as the house is over 1000 square metres in area. The 18 month project involved demolition of some existing structures, complete re-roofing, refinishing of antique structures and surfaces, complete rebuilding of kitchens and construction of seven bathrooms, replacement of flooring throughout in both timber and polished cement, enlargement of the existing garden and construction of a new retention wall, sourcing of new fixtures in the antique style, all plumbing work including imported period fixtures in bathrooms as well as water tanks and pumps, and all electrical work including housing and connection of generator and transformer. Following his work on the bungalow, we also contracted Priyantha to construct our plantation office, cinnamon processing building, milking sheds and worker accommodation.
In all of our dealings with Priyantha we have found him to be very straightforward and an excellent communicator. This was very important, as we were not always present in Sri Lanka during the renovations. Priyantha is extremely careful with details and willing to re-do aspects of his work several times until the client is satisfied. He is also very accurate and precise with numbers, which made our financial dealings with him clear and professional. Finally, we found Priyantha to be highly committed to his work. He takes full responsibility for the project at hand and is willing to go the extra mile to make it a success.
