Singular Responsibility

In managing risks, turn-key single source responsibility is highly effective. The owner is not required during the design and the construction to coordinate or arbitrate between separate contracts or resolve budget and schedule conflicts. Moreover, this is an undivided responsibility for budget, schedule and quality of workmanship. Yet, the conflicts between the design and the construction are the responsibilities of the design builder. We avoid legal entanglements of adversarial relationships and this also reaps the benefits of the cooperative efforts.

Quality

We do not shift the undivided accountability, responsibility for defects or non-performance to another party. Singularized responsibility inherent in design-build is a powerful quality motivator. Furthermore the traditional method relies upon restrictive contract language, adversarial audit, inspection and legal system to insure quality.

Design/Build approach will allow us to guarantee the project cost early on and virtually eliminate change orders. We guaranteed the project performance before accepting the facility. We are capable of accurately conceptualizing the project at the early stages. The design-builder is simultaneously estimating construction costs during the design.
